Job Summary

Responsible for execution of recruitment activities for all Haven locations which includes but is not limited to, advertising, interview processes, pre-hire paperwork, and job offers. Contributes to the development and execution of best practices in recruitment. Identify and attend recruiting events and networking opportunities within Haven's territories. Assists with managing turnover and works closely with managers on all aspects of the recruitment process. Must be able to build successful relationships with hiring managers.

Requirements
  • Associate's Degree plus 2 years of recruiting experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in a healthcare/Hospice environment preferred.
  • Closely related experience may be considered in lieu of recruiting experience. Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, documentation and interpersonal skills required.
  • Computer skills with knowledge of web based programs and data entry skills required.
  • Ability to deal tactfully and professionally with all levels of Haven Hospice personnel, applicants and the general public in a fast paced, high stress environment.
  • Florida driver's license and insurance.
