The Human Resources Recruiter (HRR) is responsible for the Recruitment functions of the organization. The HRR works under the director of HR in the effort to provide the organization with individuals possessing the knowledge, skills and abilities required to fulfill the organization’s needs.
Minimum of two years experience as a Recruiter required. A background in healthcare recruiting is highly preferred.
Associates degree from a state accredited collegiate academic institution required.
Must be highly motivated, energetic and work interdependently. Requires basic time management and organizational skills, strong interpersonal relationship skills, telephone skills, and must be supportive of organizational philosophy/policies.
Possess a valid and current state driver’s license and continuous automobile insurance. Must have reliable transportation.
