The Human Resources Recruiter (HRR) is responsible for providing the Recruitment functions of the organization. The HRR works under the direction of the Director of HR in the effort to provide the organization with individuals possessing the knowledge, skills and abilities required to fulfill the organization’s needs.
The HRR has the following responsibilities:
Demonstrates knowledge, competence, and success in recruitment practices and techniques.
Interacts with hiring managers to determine departmental staffing needs and other pertinent information throughout the hiring process.
Sources candidates, coordinates interviews, and communicates interview schedule to hiring managers for participation.
Coordinates communication among internal and external parties with respect to the hiring process.
Complies with established policies and governing laws regarding the hiring process and employment practices.
Provides/obtains documentation as required to facilitate the hiring process as noted in organizational policies.
Provides/obtains appropriate documentation and communication of potential employment referrals per organizational policies.
Maintains database of applicants within the organization’s system(s).
Participates in / coordinates on-boarding process as needed.

Ensures accuracy, thoroughness, and timeliness of all documentation in accordance with agency policy and state/federal regulations.
Maintains confidentiality of highly personal information and protected health information consistent with the HIPAA law and ensures protected health information is kept confidential.
Actively promotes an open line of communication and a professional relationship with employees, management and external parties.
Utilizes appropriate resources to resolve problems.
Contributes ideas and suggestions to the betterment of the employees and/or organization.
Adheres to work schedules in completing assigned tasks.
Uses critical thinking skills and sound judgment.
