Design, implement a nd manage multiple recruiting efforts a s well a s recruiting projects.

Conduct candidate online computer a ssessment screening.

Responsible for ensuring a ll hiring processes a dhere to EEO a nd OFCCP guidelines a nd other government compliance requirements.

A ssists the corporate Human Resources (HR) department a nd project implementation team in carrying out various human resources programs a nd procedures for a ll new project employees.

A ssists in the development a nd implementation of recruitment, selection, a nd retention efforts such a s coordination with corporate HR in preparing a ds for placement in newspapers, screening resumes, a nd conducting initial interviews when requested.

Position Overview:
Manage high-volume full cycle recruitment processes for contract center in support of the government. Implements recruiting strategies a nd solutions to efficiently a nd effectively hire quality individuals well suited for the positions a nd resulting in lower a ttrition/turnover.

The Ideal Candidate will Possess the Following A dditional Education a nd Experience :

Bachelor’s degree from a n a ccredited college or university in human resources or related field a nd a minimum

Five year’s experience in recruitment or equivalent education a nd experience.

Knowledge of Internet search tools/ techniques a nd state-of-the- a rt sourcing a nd recruiting of both passive a nd a ctive candidates.

Demonstrated a bility to support large staff, government contracting experience is preferred

Bilingual proficiency highly preferred.

5. Develop a nd maintain effective working relationships with key external a nd internal customers

6. Communicate with customers, technical a nd non-technical staff
