Responsible for attracting and successfully hiring qualified talent.
Provides expertise throughout the hiring process from job posting to selection.
Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with hiring managers in order to understand the department and its recruitment needs
Become knowledgeable of hiring managers department’s business objectives, goals, operations and culture.
Develop recruitment plans to source candidates and meet assigned department needs
Use creative sourcing strategies and media to attract passive candidates.
Managing selection process to include interviewing, assessing candidates, screening and recommending finalists and filling the staffing needs in a timely and efficient manner
Utilize behavioral based interviewing techniques to select candidates
Advise potential candidates, applicants and hiring managers regarding orientation, benefits, and compensation in relationship to recruitment duties
Develop offer strategies with hiring managers and make offer recommendations in coordination with SCHS compensation plan
Work closely with other HR staff members to implement special programs and support Carle employees.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Labor and Industrial Relations, Healthcare or other related field required.
Experienced with Microsoft office products.
Five years experience in recruitment.
Healthcare recruiting experience preferred.
Clinical background a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
