This position will achieve staffing objectives by partnering with recruiters / generalists to drive consistent process, source and interview candidates, advise and educate managers, support employee referal and on-boarding programs and provide reporting updates to management.

Partners with HR to drive consistent process across North America
Attracts candidates through researching best practices
Supports use of Predictive Index as a recruiting tool
Manages relocation needs when necessary
Sources and interviews candidates at all levels of the organization, including senior executives
Improves organizaitonal attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices
Creates reports and analytics for senior management
Often will be called upon to set up interviews, travel arrangements etc.
