DESCRIPTION

The HR Recruiter position is primarily responsible for reviewing resumes, phone screening, interviewing, and referring applicants for administrative, technical, and management positions throughout the company. This position also assists the Director of Human Resources in performing all the duties of a Human Resources office.

DUTIES

Ensures job descriptions are in place for all recruited positions.
Adheres to "Promote from Within Policy" by posting positions internally when appropriate.
Ensures open positions are posted in "Career" section on CLARIFIRE website and online job websites.
Reviews submitted resumes on a daily basis and identifies candidates for phone screens and escalation to interview with Director of Human Resources and/or hiring manager.
Conducts and types phone screen comments.
Schedules interview dates and times, and forwards CLARIFIRE employment application and confirms interview with directions to candidates.
Prepares interview packets containing resume, phone screens, interview questionnaire and Interview Information form.
Tracks candidates under consideration, sends rejection emails, prepares offer letters, assembles onboarding packets and calls candidates for verbal acceptance.
Upon verbal acceptance of offer, sends onboarding packet to new hires for employee signature.
Processes background checks and conduct verification of information, if necessary.
When appropriate, launches application process, new hire process, and contractor onboarding process.
Conducts HR new hire orientations, gathers new hire paperwork, creates and maintains Employee personnel files and builds online files in CLARIFIRE.
Tracks daily recruiting activity for uploading weekly status reports to HR Director and CEO.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree required, IT or Computer Science major preferred.
Minimum of two (2) years of recruiting experience, in IT industry preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and Adobe.
Excellent oral and written skills, detail-oriented, able to multi-task and work under pressure.
Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize and organize work flow using the Clarifire application.
Punctuality and consistent dependability is critical.
Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality in all aspects of performance.
Professional attire and demeanor.
Team player with ability to be flexible while working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, ever-changing technology environment.
