This opportunity will allow you to expand your skills and experience in a broad-based HR role where you will help support the HR Team during an exciting time of change in the company. As an HR Representative you'll be responsible for proactively executing day-to-day human resources processes, practices and policies which include compensation planning, recruitment, people planning, talent management, leaves of absences, terminations, transfers, organizational hierarchies, maintenance of employee records, salary administration, and benefits. Duties & Responsibilities:
Scheduling and coordination of complex interviews and travel arrangements for candidates
Meeting and greeting of candidates as needed; help drive the process by monitoring multiple on-site interviews in partnership with the recruiter and hiring manager
Coordinating travel and processing candidate expense reimbursements
Assist with new employee pre-hire activities: create new hire binders, offer letters, initiate background checks, onboarding, relocation and visa services initiation, and internal communications
Interface with temporary agencies
Process and track credit card purchases for job postings and miscellaneous expenses
Assist with processing, tracking, and documenting all Leave of Absences
Collect, organize, and maintain applicant tracking data for OFCCP and EEO regulations and audits
Ensure the highest standards of quality control and data integrity
Support HR Leadership team with executive presentations and supporting metrics
Work and communicate as a team player to help develop more efficient and lean processes.
Special projects and other administrative responsibilities
A minimum 3 years of related experience required (Human Resources focused experience preferred) and a Bachelor's Degree from a four-year accredited college or university is preferred
The qualified candidate will possess excellent communication skills (oral and written) and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Must have excellent Microsoft office skills with advanced excel skills (including pivot tables)
Must be able to demonstrate excellent analytical and coordinating skills
Ability to handle and maintain confidential information in a professional manner is critical
Self-starter with the ability to multi-task
Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment, and adapt to change easily
Some compensation experience preferred
Great skill as a customer service provider
Should have demonstrated experience managing projects to completion while prioritizing daily HR accountabilities
Must have ability to think and take action independently, using sound judgment, in an environment that is often ambiguous and dynamic
Ability to learn quickly
A strong interest in developmental opportunities, and openness to feedback and coaching.
A sense of humor and boundless enthusiasm for HR highly preferred!
