Position Summary: Provides ZERORISK HR clients with customer service and consulting support in the use of ZERORISK HR's assessment tool and related human capital management services. This service and support includes providing ZERORISK Hiring System (ZRHS) candidate profile interpretation support, onboarding new clients, training them on best practices in using the programs, as well ongoing training and account maintenance updates. This role will be the primary contact with ZERORISK HR's clients and must possess excellent customer service and relationship building skills as well as knowledge of the interviewing hiring process. The growth opportunities will include facilitating the coaching programs for Individual Contributors, Managers, and Team as well as leading the ZRHS Certification Training and HRCI-approved Behavioral Interview Training at client locations and via Webinars.Essential Job Functions: New Client Set-up/Onboarding: Lead the ZRHS new client set-up/onboarding process and confirm portal users, email portal invites, train on the functionality of the portal via webinars, confirm client's needs/expectations, and the jobs they will be using the ZRHS for.

Client Interpretive Support Training: Provide ongoing verbal interpretive support on the ZRHS profile results. Generate written summaries on profiles as necessary. Lead Client Webinars on the customer portal, and ZRHS Best Practices and Initial Interpretive Support to assist clients in maximizing their value with the profile results. Additionally, this role will be trained to eventually lead the ZRHS Certification Training at client locations as well as the HRCI-approved Behavioral Interview Training at client locations.

Client Retention: Daily outbound client calls to strengthen client relationships, identify training and support needs, identify new sales opportunities with client community. Convey discoveries to Account Executive and collaborate with the Account Executive on client relationship building and retention strategies. Update account information in CRM. Client Administrative Support: Various administrative requests by clients (i.e.

resend profile results, update account details, provide usage reports etc.) and technical support backup. Human Capital Audits/Validation Studies: Provide initial information and consistent follow up and updates to clients participating in an Audit or Study to achieve 100% group study participation. Create and sort spreadsheet information, create initial audit summary and provide toAccount Executive for wrap up and client debrief. Assist in reading client job descriptions to match to ZRHS success hiring benchmarks or to create one specific to the client's Key Performance Indicators.

Clear Direction Coaching: This role will be trained to eventually facilitate the Clear Direction Program development coaching calls with clients once they are up-to-speed on interpreting the profile results. Facilitate Offsite Clear Direction Programs for Clients. These include facilitating the Individual Contributor, Manager Development, and Team Coaching Calls, as well as Team Directory debriefs. Project Management: Contribute to the coordination of the Company Newsletter, Updating Training and Development Content, etc.Requirements: Education: H.S.

Diploma; College Degree a plus. Experience: Cumulative work history of 4 years with 2 years minimum in HR related functions such as Recruitment Staffing, Generalist, HR Department Administrative Support, Interview Training, and/or Leadership Development.
