Deliver timely, accurate and professional HR, Benefits and Payroll service to all Pinnacle employees. Uses skills, knowledge and technology to assist employees by answering questions and resolving HR-related issues. Representatives will communicate with employees primarily via email and phone and will use a variety of software tools to navigate employee information, research and review policies and communicate solutions

• Receive employee emails and calls
• Investigate and resolve employee specific issues related to HR, Benefits and Payroll
• Enter data into PeopleSoft (new hires, terminations, status changes, direct deposits, etc.)
• Reset user passwords
• Scan, categorize and store documents
• Other general administrative duties as assigned
• Ability to communicate appropriately with all levels of company employees
• Ability to demonstrate learning and decision making skills
• Ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Handle highly confidential materials and information appropriately with tact and integrity
• Ability to speak, read and write fluently in Spanish highly desirable
• Strong communications skills required
• Action oriented and self-disciplined
• Experience with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent data entry skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Excellent documentation skills
• Familiarity with human resources information management and reporting systems, such as PeopleSoft is highly desirable
• Effective problem solving skills
• Strong Interpersonal skills
• 1-2 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience
• Experience in HR, Benefits or Payroll highly desired
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Associates Degree or higher desired
