Job Description
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for a variety of duties within employment, benefits, payroll and salary functions for assigned departments. Collects, analyzes, and prepares data and makes recommendations for development or changes in Human Resources policies/practices. Incumbent will performs on a regular basis statistical analysis for recruitment and employment data management.

Qualifications
IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR
Human Resources Specialist
Bachelors degree required
Minimum 2 years experience in healthcare human resources
Experience with Lawson HRIS, Kronos and Taleo ATS a plus
PHR/SPHR preferred
Ability to successfully plan and oversee projects/events
