Responsible for coordinating recruitment, interviewing and hiring activities for NGL non-exempt and exempt positions. Assist Director in the day-to-day activities of the department through the development, coordination and monitoring of processes, programs, communications. Provide sound employee relations assistance to supervisors and NGL employees. Assist Department by providing guidance to HR Representative in Bristol. Responsible for department reports. Represent Human Resources on employee committees, in company activities. Responsible for maintenance of Onbase and HRB systems.
