Position Summary

Koch Industries, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detailed individual to join our team as an HR Systems Coordinator. This role is responsible for the data input into our HR Systems and ensuring we meet compliance requirements with all documentation.

Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Serve as the Kronos administrator (time entry system)

Serve as the SAP Administrator (HR IT System)

Assist in gathering and analyzing data/reports

Continuously look at processes and procedures for efficiency

Assist with special projects as needed

Form an understanding of HR Policies and Guidelines as it relates to the role

High level of personal integrity


2 or more years of experience in an office environment

Experience in MS Office Software (Excel – data analysis and reporting, Outlook – managing multiple calendars, scheduling/revising multiple meeting requests, Word – document creation/editing and PowerPoint – presentation creation/editing)

Experience working with and handling confidential and sensitive information

High School diploma or GED

Ability to work overtime and/or weekends as necessary to meet business needs

Preferred Experience

Kronos experience (time keeping system)

SAP transaction experience (HR IT System)

Experience in Human Resources

Experience using pivot tables in Excel
