Performs support activities for the human resources functions by providing customer service, performing complex data entry functions, and developing communication tools to assist customers.
Accurately and efficiently input data into the JDE system from personnel actions or serve as final approver for automated personnel actions. Perform scanning functions for various forms received by human resources. Serve as a back-up in covering the front desk of Human Resources. Assist with new employee paperwork and orientation (both set-up and presentation). Provide proactive communication to customers and coworkers to enhance workflow and accuracy. Help develop work tools for assistance. Follow-up on inquires and questions timely and accurately. Will assist with other human resources projects as assigned.
High school diploma or related certificate plus minimum one year related work experience working with a computer database. JDE experience strongly desired.
The ideal candidate should be detail oriented, have the ability to work independently, and have strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills The ideal candidate will also have e xcellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to work discretely on a wide range of sensitive and confidential issues
