The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the support and maintenance of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) in addition to other systems supported by the HR team. Additional responsibilities include:
Supports the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) in addition to other systems supported by the HR team.
Assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.
Provides support for HRIS including, but not limited to, researching and resolving HRMS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; perform scheduled activities.
Maintains HRIS tables and document processes and results.
Researches and resolves HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performs scheduled activities; recommends solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
Serves a key liaison with third parties and other stakeholders (e.g. payroll).
Writes, maintains, and supports a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools.
Assists in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs.
Helps maintain data integrity in system by running queries and analyzing data.
Trains new system users.
JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience working with ADP.
Must have a Bachelor's Degree.
Relevant security or service industry experience a plus.
Experienced user of Windows XP, Excel, and Power Point; working knowledge of AS400 is preferred.
