Support/Consulting – HRSC Processes and Related Systems
Gathers functional requirements and partners with appropriate teams to develop recommendations on how to support (system functionality and/or process)
Manages the deployment of new system functionality or process in partnership with IS and HR. This includes reviewing specifications, creating test scenarios and testing the system. (HRSC Systems)
Handles all inquiries that are raised from helpdesk and system users for existing systems and processes that support HR. (e.g. HR Online, Virtual Edge, etc.)
Identifies trends and makes recommendations to address the top issues to the COE and HRSC Management team.
Support tier 1 with data audits and ensuring data accuracy
Maintains HR System Security
Partners with the Data and Reporting Team to define how data is used and ensures users have a clear understanding of data and the impact on process. Helps to communicate changes to HRSC team.
Documentation for HRSC Processes and Related Systems
Creates business requirement documents for the processes they supported (e.g. Case Management, Telephony.)
Develops process flow charts
Identifies and documents business rules associated with process

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of professional experience with emphasis in Human Resources field
Experience with HR Systems, Case Management and reporting required
Project management experience preferred
Excellent attention to detail
Superior communications and follow-up skills
Ability to collaborate across functional areas
Ability to manage multiple priorities and utilize resources when needed
Strong computer proficiency: MS Office Suite,
Understanding of Database Relationships
Retail industry experience preferred
