Sets up and maintains up-to-date employee information in HR systems (Lawson, Timekeeper, and Performance Management System). Processes the bi-weekly payroll for home office staff. Maintains data integrity by running queries, analyzing data, and ensuring data quality by making recommendations for and implementing procedural changes to streamline the workflow.
Provides timely customer service to employees and management with questions and issues by troubleshooting and/or researching for solutions.
Generates standard reports for HR and for management that aid in management and HR decision making. Creates ad-hoc reports to meet specific needs.
Manages all employee confidential personnel files including adhering to the legal requirements of retention and disposition of employee records.
Participates on project teams for HR process and system changes, upgrades and improvements.
Provides administrative support to Manager, HRIS and administrative functions related to SHR budget.
