Position Title: HRIS Analyst
Reports to: Global Manager, HR Technology

Summary:
Under the direction of the Global Manager, HR Technology, the HRIS Analyst
will support and maintain Brady Human Resources Information Systems, some of them on a global basis. This position requires the use of organizational, project management, analytical and problem-solving skills to support HR systems and projects. This individual must be able to combine HR functional knowledge with strong technical expertise of HR systems in order to drive process and system adoption, promote data integrity and ensure delivery of accurate reporting of talent data to the business. This individual will provide support in the development and delivery of metrics and reports to identify business problems and/or support business decisions. They will also be responsible for working with management and internal groups on preparing and executing functional and technical specifications, test plans, system testing, report writing, development of processes and procedures, end user support and training. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Serves as a global system administrator for Brady’s HRIS portfolio, including Workday, Kronos, Taleo and Skillsoft
  • Performs basic to advanced HR systems configuration
  • Partners with HR Shared Services resources globally to optimize HR system configurations
  • Performs analysis into root cause of problems and implements solutions
  • Monitors system performance and integrity through error logs and periodic audits; identifies and executes solution and escalates issues when necessary
  • Drives adoption of global best practices and standards
  • Independently utilizes all available resources (i.e. documentation, training, user networks, etc.) and retains the information to proficiently resolve customer inquiries with ‘first-call’ resolution being the primary goal
  • Responsible for report development, delivery and support
  • Serves as a training resource for delivery of training related to HR technologies and processes
  • Actively participates in the definition of specifications, setup and testing of system enhancements for all HR systems
  • Stays abreast of system updates and enhancements, proactively evaluates and recommends adoption of changes as they meet organizational needs
  • Creates and maintains end user and system documentation
  • Participates on various global projects as assigned

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology or related field is required
  • Minimum of five (5) years of related experience working in HRIS support
  • Intermediate knowledge of and experience using HR systems – Workday, Taleo and Kronos a plus
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite—especially MS Excel, Visio and Word
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, managing multiple projects with scheduled deadlines
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills necessary to interact effectively with global HR team members
  • Proven track record of being able to successfully interact with various levels within the organizationAbility to adapt and adjust quickly to change
  • Strong discretion in dealing with highly confidential and sensitive information
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new enterprise-level systems, a high-level understanding of system data and process models, and a track record of providing excellent customer service
  • PHR, SPHR, or HRIP certification a plus
