NCI: As
the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Specialist ( HR Information
Specialist ), you will support and maintain the company’s Human Resources
Information System (HRIS), Workday. In
addition, you will be responsible for providing general support, system
troubleshooting for internal clients, end-user training, and system
configuration and optimization assistance.
Highlights

of Responsibilities:
Configure
Human Resources and Benefits business processes.
Configure
user and data security for the system. •Create ad hoc reports to meet user
specifications.
Use
analytical skills to identify and resolve data and system issues.
Participate
in HRIS-related projects and develops business processes and procedures.
Conduct
routine data audits to maintain data integrity and correct issues.
Test
system changes to ensure accuracy.
Prepare
for system updates three times per year.
Stay
current on system changes and resulting company impacts.
Maintain
and troubleshoot integrations between Workday and other systems.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s
Degree (preferably in Computer Science or related field) or equivalent
experience.
Minimum
of 2 years of experience with HRIS.
Preferred

Education and Experience:
Prior
Workday experience.

The company matching contribution is equal to 50% of employee elected pre-tax contributions up to 6% of eligible pay, subject to the IRS maximum.
LIFE INSURANCE - NCI provides company paid Basic Life/ AD&D Insurance Coverage. The basic coverage benefit is equal to one times (1X) an employee's annual base salary. Employees may also opt for a generous flat rate insurance coverage. For coverage above the company-provided limits, employees may purchase supplemental insurance coverage for themselves and their family members.
