JOB DESCRIPTION
Conducts data entry of new information into the system
Handles verifying employment information
Assists with 401k deadlines and processing
Registers employees for benefits
Oversees outsourcing for positions
Handles FMLA and other general human resources duties
2+ years of Human Resources experience
Prior experience handling FMLA and 401k for employees
Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent customer service skills to handle internal and external communications
