Uses skills as a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures; resolves a wide range of issues in imaginative as well as practical ways. Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Interacts with senior internal and external personnel. Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments.

Having wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in‑depth evaluation of various factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Internal and external contacts often pertain to company plans and objectives. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments, and may provide guidance to other personnel.

Education/Experience: BS/BA degree in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years related work experience.

5-8 years of hands on desktop support experience
Intermediate to senior level proficiency with client computer hardware, operating systems and software
Working knowledge of Windows Server
Senior level experience with Microsoft Office 2007/2010, Active Directory, Exchange (2007/2010), Citrix, VMware, Remote connectivity, RDP, Terminal Services, VPN, and or standard mobile devices/Blackberry Enterprise Server
Hands on experience with client side imaging & upgrade solutions
Experience with client encryption solutions
Exposure to Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions
Expereince with Polycom video conferencing solutions
Ability to manage multiple priorities and demands on a daily basis
Must be able to work with users at all levels of skills and abilities
Excellent communication (both written and verbal), interpersonal and analytical skills required
Dell and Microsoft Certifications a plus.
