- Supervises activity of nursing staff performing tasks such as setting work schedules, assigning duties and hiring.
- Coordinates nursing activities in hospital unit.
- Assigns specific duties to each member of nursing staff.
- Evaluates nurses actions to ensure optimal patient care and safety.
- Visits patients to check on assigned nurses work.
- Prepares and maintains information kept on patientsâ€™ records.
- Checks rooms and ward for health and safety issues.
- Accompanies physicians on rounds.
- Resolves complaints.
- Trains and educates staff members.
- Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree in Nursing
- Minimum Experience: 3 Years
