KEMBA Financial Credit Union is a progressive, successful, ever-expanding organization. We are seeking a highly effective Head Teller for our Grove City Branch to provide service support to member transaction needs and other transaction processing systems. In so doing, the Head Teller will provide Member Services that are professional, friendly and compliant with all policies and procedures and will routinely recommend or refer new and alternative services to Members that best fit their financial needs.
The Head Teller is also responsible for assisting in the establishment of performance standards for Tellers, monitoring performance, and providing feedback to Tellers and the Branch Manager, assisting with the training of new Tellers, and supporting the daily balancing of branch activity.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, one to two years of prior Teller or cash handling experience, strong organizational skills and attention to detail, a professional demeanor, basic computer skills, and effective communication and leadership skills.

Required Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent education and experience
One to two years of prior teller or cash handling experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Must value a high degree of accuracy
Effective communication skills
Basic PC skills (Windows)
