Provide superior banking service to customers in a professional manner. Provide customers and prospects with a clear understanding of the features and benefits of products and services offered at NPB. Expand and increase customer relationships through successful selling and/or referring techniques. Efficiently and accurately process customer transactions within established guidelines. Efficiently and accurately handle office operations. Supervise, train, coach and evaluate other Teller staff. Assume responsibility for making decisions in the absence of their supervisor.
Ensure all company, division and departmental policies, regulatory and compliance concerns and procedures are effective and implemented.
Typical responsibilities include:
Provide guidance/supervision/training to less experienced Teller staff.
Ensures all financial transactions are completed in an accurate and timely manner adhering to all bank policies and procedures.
Ensures multiple customer demands are met to provide maximum service levels to all customers which includes engaging customers promptly, in a professional manner, within the Brand Culture. Identify customer needs and sell/refer appropriate products and services.
Develop a thorough knowledge of all products and services available to customers among the Teller staff, along with systems and procedures pertaining to the Branch.
Assist with daily responsibilities of the Branch and assume additional responsibilities as assigned.
High school diploma or GED
Minimum two (2) years financial services/teller experience
Supervising experience preferred
Proficient oral and written communication skills
Working knowledge computer and math skills
Superior Customer Service/Sales skills
Ability to multi-task
