Dachis Group is seeking an experienced professional to lead our Accounts team. The Head of Accounts role is designed to provide strong leadership and strategic direction. The perfect candidate is high-energy, positive and intellectually curious, with a strong interest in social business. Candidates must have 10+ years in accounts services, as well as leadership experience.
Provide direct leadership for Accounts team
Develop standard processes and procedure for excellent service across the team
Lead training and development efforts to ensure account services team is providing consistent, high quality service
Point of escalation for effective problem resolution on large scale, key accounts
Lead efforts to grow our business across our existing accounts to deliver bookings and revenue goals
10+ years working in account services field, preferably with large, global clients.
Strong leadership skills
Significant experience in account services; able to effectively mentor and teach others
Operational savvy with ability to develop and implement new systems as well as make process improvements
Team-oriented; ability to collaborate and work effectively across other teams within the organization
Knowledge and interest in social business and social media marketing
Able to establish credibility with senior level executives
BA required; Masters’ degree preferred
