As the Head of Brand Success Management, you utilize your excellent relationship building and deep analytical skills to make our brand partners successful in their campaigns.

So successful, in fact, that they will want to do business with Linqia again (and again and again). You leverage your entrepreneurial drive and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment to manage a small team of Brand Success Managers with whom you will be the chief advocate for our brand partners inside of Linqia. You relish in using data to convince your clients as well as internal teams, and you are not afraid to tell our product and engineering teams what data you are missing. You possess the following minimum qualifications: 5+ years of experience with a proven track record in advertising sales or account management A deep understanding of online advertising, key metrics, and the analytics for measuring it Excellent communication and influencing skills Prior experience managing and coaching a team of high performing, smart people Knowledge of industry best practices, tools, and processes Compensation for this role includes a base salary plus bonuses based on your success at bringing repeat business from your clients.
