We’re looking for a dynamic and seasoned marketing leader to scale and manage our product marketing efforts in support of the Pinterest Community. In this role, you’ll play a key role in influencing product development through segmentation and market analysis while working closely with our product, community operations, PR, design and engineering teams to drive continued growth and engagement. You’ll help define and execute on our community engagement strategy through events, key partnerships and Pinterest’s scaled communications channels. You’ll be responsible for defining the roadmap for the Community Marketing function and will scale and lead a high performing team. You should have a deep passion for Pinterest, a strong understanding of the technology space, strong creative and strategic instincts and exceptional communications skills.

Deep product marketing experience, ideally in consumer technology.
Exceptional written and oral communications skills. You can communicate complex concepts clearly and succinctly.
Demonstrated experience leading in a complex, dynamic environment. You have experience building and managing high performing teams.
