Pinterest’s content partners include publishers, publisher networks, brands & retailers and commerce platforms. We’re looking for a dynamic and seasoned marketing leader to develop and scale our partner marketing efforts. In this role, you’ll work across the organization to define and take our partner solutions to market. In doing so, you'll work closely with our product and partner facing teams to bring our partner solutions to market and take a lead role in defining how we position these solutions with key content partners. You’ll segment our partner ecosystem and will work closely with our partner and product management teams to drive adoption and engagement. You’ll play a key role in working with our partner management team to engage with our customers to capture and synthesize insights to inform and influence our product development cycle. Over time, you’ll build a high performing team as your function scales.
You should have a deep passion for Pinterest, a strong understanding of the technology space, strong creative and strategic instincts and exceptional communications skills.
You love the strategic and the tactical. You can orchestrate a complex go to market strategy and drive flawless execution. You can navigate a highly dynamic environment, juggle multiple priorities and build strong relationships across the organization.
Deep product marketing and strategy experience. Understands the consumer web and has worked across the partner/brand/agency ecosystem and understands media and commerce.
Exceptional written and oral communications skills. You can communicate complex concepts clearly and succinctly.
Demonstrated experience leading in a complex, dynamic environment. You have experience building and managing high performing teams.
