Responsibilities:
Command partnership team and eventually develop each player into a subject matter expert.

Source and manage top national partners and drive the complete partnership cycle from first contact.

Capture the mechanics of the AnyPerk vision, research and strategize present and future partnership landscape, and fearlessly pursue target partners.

Identify pain points of potential partners’ businesses and provide a viable partnership roadmap.

Forecast potential pushback for partners and pivot a solution for them.

Formulate business deals that involve several moving parts and which are probably the first of their kind in the perks space.

Synchronize client requests and the priorities of the team; discern which new partnership categories to venture into.

Qualifications:
3 years of experience dealing with national or enterprise partners

A Bachelor’s degree

Experience building and managing high value relationships with enterprise partners not as clients but as business partners.

Experience in working on business deals with several moving parts and ability to navigate cross-functional disciplines through creative and pragmatic problem solving.

A top player on a business development team with experience coaching your team members.

Experience in selling successfully with or without the backing of a brand name

Business development startup experience.

MBA (good to have but not required)
