EngagementHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse or Medical Assistant to fill a full-time Health Coaching Assistant Manager position.

The Health Coaching Assistant Manager will be asked to perform the following duties:
  • Coordinate and attend health screens at various sites around the country
  • Counsel and motivate program members at these onsite screenings
  • Coach members during 15 minute calls, reviewing their data and providing assistance and guidance on their path to a healthier lifestyle
  • Aid manager in organizing and delivering training to new employees
  • Oversee the health coaching staff and all operations related to health coaching including the call schedule and day to day operations.
  • Develop, standardize and continually refine a training program for health coaches.
  • Ensure staff development and opportunities to participate in outside continuing education opportunities needed to keep professional licenses of staff current.
  • Report to Health Coaching Manager regularly regarding operations, scheduling, call utilization and problem solve to enhance the health coaching model/member experience/client experience.
Establish, monitor, and enforce policies, procedures and internal controls to ensure consistent operations and comply with HIPAA and other applicable laws and regulations

Health Coaching Assistant Manager

  • Active interest in health and wellness
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel throughout the domestic United States. All travel expenses will be reimbursed
  • Experience with point of care blood testing (specifically CardioChek) and gathering biometric data
  • Strong organizational and communication skills. Experience in motivational interviewing or health behavior change counseling preferred
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, etc)
