WILLCARE, a successful regional leader in the home health care industry, currently has a job opening for a Health Services Manager in our Euclid, OH Branch . In business for over 25 years, WILLCARE operates Certified/Medicare, Long Term Care, Licensed/Private Duty, as well as non-medical services and supplemental staffing agencies. We provide qualified skilled and non-skilled services focusing on preventative, rehabilitative and therapeutic care to our clients in all applicable settings. We have branch offices in Western NY, Hudson Valley NY, Connecticut, and Ohio.

Job Title: Health Services Manager

Job Location: Euclid, OH


Plan, direct and coordinate health services that focus on preventive, rehabilitative and therapeutic care in all applicable settings from skilled nursing and rehabilitation to personalized care reaching area Russian and Jewish communities.


Establish and maintain operational and financial processes and procedures to ensure WILLCARE meets the staffing needs within the communities.

Direct, evaluate and supervise the work activities of Administrative Specialists, Licensed Practice Nurses, and Home Health Aides.

Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources, including physicians, nursing homes, assisted living facilities and hospital case managers, discharge planners and community leaders,

Review and analyze service delivery model in order to achieve optimal patient outcomes, optimal service efficiencies for referral sources, and optimal financial results to WILLCARE for this specific patient population.

Develop processes and procedures and working with Nurse Supervisors to ensure proper staffing and task assignment of Health Care workers, meeting with clientele to assess specific needs.

Conduct recruitment, hiring and training of personnel to meet specific needs of Russian and Jewish communities.

Maintain awareness of advances in nursing and medicine to ensure effective staff training and use of the latest medical technologies and advancements.


Requires Bachelor’s Degree (or educ. equiv.) in Health Care Management and five (5) years of post-degree, progressive experience in the Job Offered or Related Occupation of Nurse.
