Position Description:
This is an opportunity to join the Navicure Business Development team as a Health Systems Channel Sales Executive , responsible for identifying health systems and hospital organizations which will benefit from using Navicure’s Clearinghouse services for their employed or affiliated physicians.

The Health Systems Channel Sales Executive will take direction from the Vice President of Business Development. This is a highly visible role since the candidate will be required to support and work with executives and users across the entire organization to ensure success. The successful candidate will be a passionate self-starter responsible for driving the understanding and value of working with health systems and hospitals to increase new bookings.

Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of Navicure’s product suite (and how it works), services, and marketing initiatives

Understand the health system and hospital markets, along with how they differ in each geographical region

Work with Outside Sales Executive and Channel Partner Sales Executives to target strategic health systems and hospital entities

Promote Navicure’s belief that health systems should adopt dual technologies which help physicians

Collaborate with Navicure sales to understand geographic markets within Sales Executive territories

Liaise between sales, marketing, and product management to ensure Navicure Health Systems products meet market requirements

Close complex sales with multiple decision-makers

Navigate through complex organizations to find decision-makers

Practice Miller Heiman sales principles

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree

5+ years of experience in sales or channel development, including:

Excellent prospecting skills

Ability to Navigate complex organizations

Experience in selling into hospitals and health systems

Experience in selling Practice Management Systems, EMR, or Clearinghouse a plus

Self-starter interested in controlling your own success

Able to give high level presentations to C-level individuals

Must have in-depth Navicure product knowledge and be able to demonstrate Navicure value proposition

Ability to close complex sales with multiple decision-makers

Full knowledge and practice of Miller Heiman principles

Ability to meet quantitative goals, take direction and work independently

Exceptional communication abilities: oral, written, and presentation

Ability to understand and communicate technical benefits of our Revenue Cycle Management solution
