CSpring is currently recruiting for Business Analysts for a project in Chicago.
Broad Govenrment Health and Human Services program experience is required.
Ø Recent experience with public sector healthcare and human services programs; specifically working with policies and processes and the Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA); Experience with the National Human Services Interoperability Architecture (NHSIA) is considered a plus; Candidate must have experience working with additional public sector human services programs beyond the Medicaid program.
Ø Experience in performing analysis to identify business process activities and ability to translate business issues into solutions ; focus on this engagement is business solutions planning rather than technical implementation planning. Candidates should have experience in developing business documentation.
Ø Ability to assist with documenting the As-Is and To-Be business processes
Ø Experience with leading discussions to elicit information with groups of stakeholders
Ø Evaluate information to decompose high-level information and synthesize information into more detailed processes
Ø Capacity to translate user needs and business rules into project artifacts including functional requirements, use cases, scenarios, screen/interface designs, storyboards, and workflow analyses
Ø Excellent verbal and written communication skills including capacity to create and review documents for accuracy and client presentation
Ø Expertise with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, Word)
Ø Understanding of various business process modeling notations
Ø Ability to work cooperatively in a large team setting
