Health Care Business Analyst:
- ( Previous ESI/Medco Experience is must) Location: - Franklin Lakes, NJ
Duration: -1 year
Candidate would be on our W2

Primary Activities:
  • Work closely with Account Manager/BFG and/or Client to gather client intent and requirements using Client Intent Tool (excel file) for Copay and/or Accumulators/Indemnities.
  • Ability to facilitate meetings to capture and verify intent and benefit set ups as they relate to Copay and/or Accumulators/Indemnities, this includes the implementation of Consumer Driven Health Plans (CDHP)
  • Maintain and log all data/dates into excel track log
  • Support SME or act as SME on any new requirements relating to Copay and/or Accumulators/Indemnities.
  • Review and verify all data captured in the Client Intent tool
  • Follow up and document all open issues/requirements and meet expected deadlines
  • Ensure documented setup (via Client Intent Tool) is accurate and complete, send to BFG/Ops for keying
  • Attend QC session of benefit setup prior to live date, as SME
  • Interface with Client functional areas to resolve any Operational issues
  • Attend necessary CLASS meetings, in support of, or as SME
  • Understand client s business objectives and manage expectations
  • Attend Client calls/meetings, as necessary
  • Escalate client concerns, issues or risks, when appropriate
  • Provide input into process improvements, system enhancements, and procedural changes that affect Copay and/or Accumulators/Indemnities
  • Support Post-Implementation issues for Copay and/or Accumulators/Indemnities (tickets/reliability/adjustments/production monitoring)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Healthcare knowledge (a plus)
  • Copay/ Accumulators/Indemnities knowledge (a plus)
  • Claims processing knowledge (a plus)
  • Consumer Driven Health Care knowledge (a plus)
  • 3+ years Client knowledge (a plus)
  • Experience with Client systems and operations preferred
  • VBA knowledge a plus
  • College degree
