Job Summary: Handle help desk calls by triaging problems, recording information, evaluating problems, resolving or forwarding request to appropriate personnel, and following up the status with the user. Provide operational support for the Data Center servers and daily operations of the IS department. As assigned manage the organization of departmental paperwork: obtaining equipment quotes, creating requisitions, placing orders, tracking orders and shipments, receiving orders, return of materials and preparing invoices for payment. As assigned keep track of contracts, invoices, policies, procedures, and any other documents requested by Director or Managers. Assists managers with departmental budgets. These duties will be assigned to different individuals as their primary task resulting in variations in staff assignments. Education: Associate degree in Information Systems or related discipline. Work experience of not less than 5 years may be considered equivalent. Experience: Three years' experience working in computer equipment.
