Responsibilities
  • Review and allocate invoices. Track and insure payment of monthly recurring invoices.
  • Insure all new hardware has asset tags and is appropriately categorized.
  • Manage consoles related to smart phone devices to ensure they are managed appropriately.
  • Manage activation and disabling of Active Directory accounts. Regularly audit remote access to insure proper rights.
  • Oversee distribution of RSA computer fobs for domestic and international offices.
  • Monitor computer system consoles for completeness and errors.
  • Provide end-user technical support and manage, enter and follow-up on user requests in our ticketing system.
  • Participate in other projects as requested by management.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years in a support oriented role required
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Excellent people skills
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational skills
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Demonstrates good judgment in working with users
  • Proficient with computers and office automation tools including the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Eagerness to expand technical skills
