- Review and allocate invoices. Track and insure payment of monthly recurring invoices.
- Insure all new hardware has asset tags and is appropriately categorized.
- Manage consoles related to smart phone devices to ensure they are managed appropriately.
- Manage activation and disabling of Active Directory accounts. Regularly audit remote access to insure proper rights.
- Oversee distribution of RSA computer fobs for domestic and international offices.
- Monitor computer system consoles for completeness and errors.
- Provide end-user technical support and manage, enter and follow-up on user requests in our ticketing system.
- Participate in other projects as requested by management.
- 5+ years in a support oriented role required
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Excellent people skills
- Demonstrates excellent organizational skills
- Works well in a team environment
- Demonstrates good judgment in working with users
- Proficient with computers and office automation tools including the Microsoft Office Suite
- Eagerness to expand technical skills
