The Automobile Club of Southern California is seeking career-minded individuals for our
Help Desk Analyst I
opportunity in Costa Mesa, CA. The Help desk Analyst position is a Call Center Analyst for “internal” IS Help Desk, providing problem resolution, problem notification and problem escalation for general IS-related problems and issues. Analysts may also be assigned to participate in projects impacting the business or projects geared.
Successful candidates have the following qualifications:
- Minimum 1+ years of IS experience with the support of desktops, servers and other infrastructure related hardware and software.
- Experience in high-volume call center environment is preferred.
- Good communication and customer service skills a must.
- Industry certifications not required but preferred.
- High School Degree required.
- Experience using HP Service Center or other problem logging tool preferred.
