Description : Under the general supervision of the Supervisor, Help Desk, assist with the resolution of network systems and applications problems as reported to ensure a high value, widely accessible, comprehensive, integrated information network, which meets customer needs.
Qualifications : Equivalent to an Associate's degree in computer science or a related field, support center certification, knowledge of network hardware and systems, and specific Siemens Healthcare applications such as SMS, Pharmacy, Radiology; GE Software products; Medhost; and working with web based applications. Three years in PC Help Desk Support or network administration.
