Our Boston based client is currently seeking a talented Help Desk Analyst for immediately contract work. This Help Desk Analyst will contribute to the overall smooth operation of the organization by providing courteous assistance to the end user population.
- Answers incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Logs all requests for assistance in a help desk management system
- Provides accurate and thorough solutions to user issues
- Escalates and transfer problems as necessary
- Communicates issue status to user (i.e. follow-up, notification of delays, notification of completion)
- Attempts proactive resolution of user and IT issues
- Assists PC Operations Team lead with patch management and inventory management solutions
