In this role, you will:
: Provide world class customer service and support

: Respond to requests for assistance via phone, in-person and by direct case assignment

: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues and accurately document solutions

: Research questions using available information resources

: Advise user on appropriate actions both in real-time and documented solutions

: Follow standard policies and procedures

: Identify and escalate requests and/or issues requiring urgent attention quickly

: Track and route problems to other IT teams as deemed necessary

: Stay current with system information, changes and updates

: Educate users with high degree of excellence, expertise and reliability

To qualify for this position, you must have:
: Experience working in a live call model, providing real time IT support and issue resolution for in house and remote internal employees

: A high degree of personal accountability, professionalism, and technical expertise

: Ability to prioritize and organize a heavy work load

: Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

: Ability to adapt to constantly evolving policies and procedures

: Ability to quickly and effectively analyze and solve problems within the following realms:

o Hardware

o Software

o Security Threats (malware, spyware, virus, etc.)

o Connectivity (network, VPN, drive mapping, etc.)

: Knowledge of the following Software Products and Platforms:
o Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (XP - Win 7)

o Core Microsoft Office Products (and supplemental programs Visio, Project, One Note, etc.)

o Microsoft Outlook / Exchange

o Active Directory

o Cisco Systems VPN Client Suites

o Antivirus / Security Suites (Forefront, Symantec Endpoint, etc.)

o Mobile Platforms (Apple IOS, Android, Windows Phone)

: Strong capacity to support Remote Users

: Ability to work effectively as part of a team

: Must be able to lift conventional computer desktop and laptop equipment with ease
