Handles more complex problems or malfunctions of systems application, hardware and software. Responsible for day to day operations of Help Desk and some analysis on call volume. Recognize, research, isolate and resolve information systems problems. Coordinate referrals to appropriate technical, professional or service personnel for appropriate services, repairs, training, and follow-up.

CISCO Routers, HP Switches, Lenox servers, Unix servers, Windows servers, OSI Model, Switching, Routing, Wireless LAN, Access Points, AS400, PeopleSoft.

1:00 pm to 9:00 pm (Available any day of the week: Monday-Sunday)
