Vistronix, Inc. is actively seeking a Help Desk Manager to join our growing team in the Patuxent River, MD area. As a top-tier provider of IT solutions to our clients, we are looking for a team-player who is highly skilled, able to manage a large team, and focused on high customer satisfaction. The Help Desk Manager for this engagement will be responsible for the oversight of a team of Help Desk professionals providing Tier I, Tier II, and Desktop support to the end-client.
Experience and qualifications will include the following:
· Career experience managing a Help Desk within the Federal Government, preferably Department of Justice or similar agencies.
· Experience with developing, implementing, and maintaing Service Level Agreements consistent with the service needs of the client community.
· Ability to manage staff members of varying levels performing all Help Desk related activities.
· Experience with producing management-level reports detailing Help Desk activities, performance measures, and SLA statistics.
A Bachelor’s degree in an Information Technology or Computer Science related discipline is required. ITIL and PMP certification is also preferred .
