HELPDESK SPECIALIST
Kelly Government Solutions is a strategic supplier and
business partner to the federal government and its key

Position Title: Helpdesk Specialist
Job Location: Washington, DC
Security Clearance and previous Government experience
preferred **

Job Details & Requirements:
  • This person is capable of supporting and
troubleshooting a variety of technology platforms
including PCs, voice mail, and software login issues
based on prescribed resolution processes.
  • The ideal resource will be personable, capable of
building rapport with callers, and possess an ability to
comprehend, analyze, and resolve trouble tickets based
on telephone conversations.
  • Must be able to accurately log and track trouble
tickets using a technology platform.
  • This role will involve fielding issues that are more
advanced and require more detailed knowledge of the
client's systems than those fielded by the Junior Help
Desk Specialist.
  • Must be able to coach junior resources.
  • Must have a minimum 3 years previous experience as a
Helpdesk Specialist
