Description:

SAIC's Cyber Security Group is currently looking for a Help Desk Support Technician in Chantilly, VA. This position requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph in order to be considered.

Job Description:

-Technician will work with end users, collaborate with Tier 2 and Tier 3 support, and other support desks across the customer environment, and engineers.

-Technician will respond, track, and follow up to telephone, email and team member requests for support.

-Technician will assist users will all system capabilities such as: office programs, scanning, printing, file recovery.

-Technician will also document and track workstation requests as well as track user account creation, terminiation requests and reset requests.

Qualifications:
Education/Skills:

-High school education or equivalent and 7+ years experience.

Mandatory Skills:

-Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex IT issues by phone and email

-Experience diagnosing, identifying, isolating and fixing problems

-Experience with Windows and databases

-Experience with the documentation of policies, issues and/or procedures.
