Idaho Central Credit Union is seeking an energetic and outgoing individual to join our Help Desk Support team. Work schedule would require part-time availability from 1:00 pm – 7:00 pm Monday through Friday.

Assist in daily help desk coverage to provide basic support to internal end users. Responsible for answering support calls and resolving issues as needed. Perform specific tasks as assigned to aid in achieving strategic goals and day-to-day operational goals. Provide technical support to Credit Union employees. Participate, as needed, in other Credit Union Information Systems activities. Adhere to all Idaho Central Credit Union policies and procedures.
High School Diploma or equivalency. Experience working with computers. Ability to maintain the confidentiality of the Credit Union and member records at all times. Knowledge of PC software and hardware installation, repair, testing, and troubleshooting. Ability to implement resolutions to system problems.
Understand and direct computer systems and implement resolutions to system problems. Must be willing to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act as implemented by Idaho Central Credit Union.
Ability to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (processing paperwork, filing, stapling, sorting, collating, typing, etc.) Sit for extended periods of time. Lift 20-40 pounds of office supplies (copy paper, computer paper, mail, etc). Repetitive motion using wrists, hands, and fingers. Reach keyboards. Ability to operate basic office machines (calculator, computer, telephone, copy machine, fax machine, etc).
