Provide prompt and courteous customer service to a global client base, including management.
Experience/ Familiarity with Active Directory.
Remote diagnostics and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communications skills.
Microsoft Office 2007 with experience in supporting Outlook in an enterprise environment.
Understanding of Microsoft Servers, Windows 7 & XP. Solid knowledge of local and wide-area networking.
You will build/ configure PCs and laptops. You will also load software and field helpdesk calls.
Provides desktop and laptop upgrades and replacements.
Create and maintain systems documentation for testing and validation.
Logs incident/ trouble calls and e-mails into Helpdesk system.
Ensures all work is completely and satisfactory verified.
Tracks current break/ fix solutions for support systems.
Assists in configuring new systems or products to meet established requirements.
Document technical issues, solutions and support information.
Experience in image builds using Ghost or similar technologies.
Ability to communicate effectively, both in person, over the phone, and in writing.
Good Technical Writing and specification writing skills.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to rapidly evolving technologies.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a team environment.
Demonstrated positive attitude for helping clients and colleagues. Good problem-solving skills.
4 years of Help Desk or Desktop Support experience in enterprise environments.
Must have an A+ and Security + Certifications and be willing to complete MCP Certification within 90-days of employment.
