BCM Global Tech has a great contract opportunity for a Help Desk Support Tech I with one of our clients in Denver, Colorado.
The duration of the contract is 6 months with the possibility of extending.
This position handles customer requests in a timely manner, provides technical support to the Service Desk, and performs ticket management.
Understanding of using ticket management systems
Basic troubleshooting skills with networking and computer systems, can multitask, work in a fast paced environment while providing excellent customer service.
Basic experience with Active Directory, Novell eDirectory and Mainframe.
