Install, configure, and administer companywide computers, printers, mobile devices, and other end-user equipment.
  • Ensure appropriate configurations and standards are met on all company computer systems.
  • Work with vendors to resolve technical problems on equipment and systems.
  • Assist Infrastructure Administrators and Engineers to provide support for network, servers, and security.
  • Provide first level technical support for helpdesk requests.
  • Ensure proper helpdesk escalation to second and third level support technicians.
  • May be involved in special projects as required by Infrastructure Manager.
  • Sustain a current knowledge of company computer and mobile technologies.
  • Develop and maintain positive, cooperative and team-oriented relationships with co-workers, supervisors, managers and others.
  • Complete all other tasks or projects as assigned.
  • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with those of the Company‚Äôs Core Values at all times.
