Install, configure, and administer companywide computers, printers, mobile devices, and other end-user equipment.
Ensure appropriate configurations and standards are met on all company computer systems.
Work with vendors to resolve technical problems on equipment and systems.
Assist Infrastructure Administrators and Engineers to provide support for network, servers, and security.
Provide first level technical support for helpdesk requests.
Ensure proper helpdesk escalation to second and third level support technicians.
May be involved in special projects as required by Infrastructure Manager.
Sustain a current knowledge of company computer and mobile technologies.
Develop and maintain positive, cooperative and team-oriented relationships with co-workers, supervisors, managers and others.
Complete all other tasks or projects as assigned.
