Product Usage Support Representative Primary Responsibilities:
o Provide front line phone queue support for customers.
o Enter detailed information for each call into call tracking system.
o Responsible for handling all calls through resolution in a timely manner.
o Consistently exceeds customer expectations for service quality and is able to identify needs and solutions for improving customer experience.
o Research questions as related to product functionality.
o Meet call volume, call time, and quality standards as defined by the department.
o High School diploma or GED
o 1-2 years experience in a call center environment.
o 2+ years in supporting a technical/product software environment.
o Strong telephone skills.
o Demonstrable Product (software and web application) Support and Customer Service experience.
o Excellent communication and organizational skills.
o Demonstrable troubleshooting skills.
