Resolves technical problems and answers queries by telephone in support of internal and/or outside customer computer hardware, software, network, and telecommunications systems. Front-line technical service desk support & troubleshooting for desktop, laptop, network and printer issues. Coordinates 3rd party hardware repairs End-user hardware configuration/replacement for desktops/laptops. End-user software installations. Escalate issues as needed to 2nd and 3rd level support. Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns of problems.

Minimum requirements
Associate in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field Fluent in English Three years experience supporting hardware and software in a multi-user environment).
